Senior Lead Consultant - Service Now Architect

Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Hybrid

 

The Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Principal Consultant – Service Now Architect to join their company. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to the team
  • Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture
  • Design and collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers in the creation of a High-Level Solution Design Document
  • Define and communicate, at both a design and architectural level, technical solutions that align with systems architecture and business problems
  • Ensure technical governance process and policies are being followed
  • Provide architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions
  • Create and maintain a detailed view of integrations
  • Create and maintain a Technical Implementation Roadmap
  • Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects
  • Participate in process workshops
  • Work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams
  • Periodically Review Configuration to ensure Platform health
  • Assess instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan
  • Review design and code per sprint to ensure quality
  • Provide hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected projects
  • Ensure design is within the boundaries of Licensed modules else communicates changes in license to the client
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform; its products, capabilities, and ecosystem
  • Assist in migrating configuration across instances
  • Support the COE in the continuous development of training paths for professional advancement
  • Contribute to ongoing definition of best development and solution practices
  • Lead training workshops to spread experiences gained across the practice

 

Skills / Qualifications

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) in addition to one Mainline certification (e.g. CSM, HRSD, ITSM, GRC…)
  • Excellent communication skills for client facing roles
  • Hands-on experience on projects
  • IT Graduate

  • B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.
