Senior Regulatory & eDiscovery Project Manager
Location: France (remote)
Languages: French (Fluent or close to it)
Salary: Negotiable + bonus & benefits
Work with other company leaders to develop and execute strategic action Plans relating to the company’s European Regulatory
Participating in client meetings as needed in support of Regulatory engagements
Ability to consult with clients and professionally advise them on best practice to navigate regulatory engagementsKnowledge and understanding of requirements for specific regulatory agencies including, but not limited to: European Commission; French Competition Authority; French Financial Markets Authority; German Federal Cartel Office ; Competition and Markets Authority o Financial Conduct Authority
Consult with and advise Clients through the full scope of the case regarding eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database setup, etc. consistent with industry best practices and standards: Department of Justice; Federal Trade Commission; Copyright Claims Board
Working in a fast paced environment to deadlines and set appropriate expectations internally
Must have a technical understanding of the process of collecting data as well as eDiscovery tools technical understanding of applications commonly used in eDiscovery platforms not limited to the following; Deduplication, Predictive coding; Advanced analytics; Production Specifications; Email Threading
Conduct and participate in Custodian Interviews
Partner with Review Managers to ensure all review workstreams are satisfied
Partner with Technologists to ensure all Predictive Coding is appropriately applied
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-5 plus years of Regulatory/eDiscovery project management, consulting, litigation support experience in a top-tier law firm, consulting practice, or similar.
• Proficient with the Microsoft office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, with specific experience successfully managing antitrust or other regulatory matters.
• Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognise client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
